Bhartiya Exports ships goods internationally from India to Europe, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
All shipments are made strictly on a bulk export basis.
Shipping terms are finalized prior to order confirmation as per agreed Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR, etc.).
Estimated production and dispatch timelines are shared in advance; however, Bhartiya Exports shall not be liable for delays caused by customs authorities, shipping lines, port congestion, or force majeure events.
Once goods are handed over to the carrier, risk and responsibility transfer to the buyer.
Buyers are responsible for customs clearance, import duties, local taxes, and compliance with destination-country regulations.
