At Bhartiya Exports, we deal exclusively in bulk export orders, and therefore follow a strict Returns & Refunds Policy.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for confirmed and shipped orders.
• Any claim related to shortage, manufacturing defect, or transit damage must be reported to Bhartiya Exports within 5 days of receipt of goods.
• Claims must be supported with clear photographs, packing list, and shipping documents.
• Upon verification, Bhartiya Exports may, at its discretion, offer a replacement, credit note, or partial refund.
• No refunds will be issued for minor variations in color, weave, texture, or finish, especially in handcrafted or natural products such as jute.
• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 15-30 business days, depending on banking channels.
